The Building Services Division manages and coordinates the plan review, permitting and inspection of private construction projects in accordance with the City of Lewisville ordinances and adopted Building Codes.

Next Day Inspections

"Next Day" inspections must be requested through MGO Connect prior to 3 p.m. Inspections requested for Monday must be submitted before 10 a.m. on Friday. 

To request an approximate two-hour window of when the inspector will arrive, please call the assigned inspector the day of the inspection between 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. Login to your account at MGO Connect to find the assigned inspector.
