72.3% Non-Single-Family (commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, and residential properties where multiple dwelling units are served by a single water meter)

Single-Family Residential
Single-Family Residential will be charged per Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU). The current Single-Family Residential rate per ERU is $7 per month.

Non-Single-Family Properties
The rate for Non-Single-Family Properties is $2.50 per 1000 square feet of impervious area per month.  To find your calculated impervious area use one of our tools.
