Administrative Services Bureau

The Administrative Services Bureau, led by Assistant Director Elizabeth Mayes, is made up of the Public Safety Dispatch Division, Records Division, Municipal Jail, Property & Evidence, Crime Analyst, Administrative Analyst and the Research and Development Specialist/Accreditation Sergeant.

Assistant Director Mayes began her career with the Lewisville Police Department as a Records Clerk in 1999. She worked within the Police Records Division in various roles, before being promoted to Crime Analyst in 2006. In that role, She began working with new technologies, analyzing crime trends and working more closely with software packages used by the department. Assistant Director Mayes continued to serve the residents of Lewisville as a Business Information Analyst and Senior Developer for the City's ITS Department where she developed tools for internal and external use, as well as completing reporting and analysis projects for various City Departments. She returned to the Police Department in her current role in 2019.

Assistant Director Mayes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Business Economics from the University of North Texas. She is a graduate of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association Supervisor Leadership and Command Leadership Series.
