Welcome to the Lewisville Police Department. On behalf of the men and women who serve this city, thank you for visiting.

Our vision is straightforward: we're committed to a safe community for everyone who lives, works, and plays in Lewisville. That goal shapes every call we answer and every partnership we build.

Our mission is built on connection and accountability. In partnership with our community, we work to enhance public safety by building trust, showing respect, acting responsibly, and serving with fairness, care, and stewardship. These words guide how we serve - both in moments of crisis and in everyday interactions that build confidence over time.

Just as important are our values: Service, Integrity, and Professionalism. Service means putting others before ourselves and responding to every call with empathy and commitment. Integrity means doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. Professionalism means maintaining the highest standards in how we conduct ourselves, treat others, and represent this department. Together, these values define who we are and how we operate.

As Lewisville continues to grow, we know our responsibilities grow with it. We're investing in training, technology, and community engagement so our officers have what they need to serve effectively and safely. Our goal is simple - to remain a department the community can trust and be proud of.
