Project Description

East College Street improvements:

The project will include roadway infrastructure upgrades, new bike lanes, new lighting, landscaping enhancements, larger sidewalks, minor drainage and utility improvements, and the addition of on-street parking. These improvements will span from Railroad Street to Mill Street and are part of the City’s ongoing efforts to maintain safe, reliable, and attractive infrastructure for the community.

Start Date:  February 2026

Estimated Completion:  April 2027
