• 2 p.m. - Charles St. from Elm to Seven Mile Cafe entrance (Main St. will stay open until 9 p.m.)

Old Town Neighborhood Lockdown, 4-10 p.m.

• Walters from Charles to Cowan
• Hatcher from Main to College

• Right turn only at Herod and Main

*Resident and delivery entry will be at Herod and College. Pass required for resident entry.
