Lewisville Western Days takes place the last weekend in September with live music on six stages, the Padrino Foods World Tamale Eating Championship, and western-themed activities. Anticipated attendance is 20,000-30,000 people. 2026 event dates and times are Friday, Sept. 25, 4-11:30 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 26, Noon-11:30 p.m.

We are now accepting vendor applications.

Insurance Requirements

Vendor Insurance Requirements

Certificate of Insurance adding City of Lewisville and B-Weiss Entertainment Group LLC as Additional Insured is REQUIRED for all vendors that:

Provide own tent. (You have the option to rent a tent for an additional fee.)
Sell products - all artist/exhibitors, food vendors, food exhibitors, plus any other vendors with product sales
Have a prize wheel, corn hole game, arts and crafts, or similar interactive exhibit at your vendor space that engages with the public
Provide hands-on services like chiropractic exams, face painting, temporary tattoos, etc.

Insurance is not required if:

Vendor is NOT providing own tent AND
Vendor is only engaging with the public verbally, or with informational displays, printed materials and promotional items

Vendors can provide their own insurance or pay $65 to be added to the City's insurance, if eligible. Medical and dental practices CANNOT purchase insurance through the City. If you have two (2) or more paid employees (other than yourself/spouse/partner) working the event, Workers Compensation Coverage is required. Contract employees do not count toward paid employee numbers for insurance purposes. You are not eligible to purchase insurance coverage from the City of Lewisville if Workers Compensation is required.

Artist/Exhibitor

To qualify for this type of vendor, all products and items for sale must be handcrafted, hand-stitched, homemade or manufactured by applicant or applicant’s representatives. No food or beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth.

Non-Profit Vendors

To qualify for this type of vendor, vendors must have and be able to present a valid, 501c(3) or 501c(6) certificate designating them as a non-profit organization, or they need to be affiliated, with proof of affiliation, with an established national non-profit organization.

Commercial Vendors

Chain retailers, service providers, vacation planners, travel agents, electricity retailers, health care professionals including cosmetic surgeons, health and wellness products, multi-level marketing organizations, home improvement retailers, hardware vendors, banks, financial planners, insurance agencies, home improvement products such as windows and rain gutters, health/beauty products/services, child novelty play toys (glow toys, inflatables, etc.), membership based/rewards club sign up, and all other commercial or service providers not listed above. Ultimate determination on whether or not a vendor is a commercial vendor is solely left up to event managers. No food or beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth unless the vendor’s primary business is food & beverage sales and they have been permitted by City of Lewisville as a food & beverage establishment. Businesses selling alcohol shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth, outside of their TABC-licensed premises, per TABC.

Food Vendors (Concessions)

Food vendors are serving as concessionaires. If you are selling and sampling pre-packaged food items only, please apply as a Food Exhibitor instead at this link. Vendors shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth per TABC regulations.

We will accept 13-16 food vendors for this event. Vendor acceptance will not be first-come, first-served, but instead vendors will be juried based on menu and presentation. As such, acceptance or rejection may not happen until after July 6.
Only food trucks and trailers will be accepted. No tent vendors.
Shaved ice/ice cream/frozen dessert vendors will not be accepted due to an annual and exclusive sponsorship arrangement with Kona Ice of Coppell.

Rates:

10x20: $350 + 20% commission + electricity
10x30: $450 + 20% commission + electricity
10x40: $550 + 20% commission + electricity

Electricity Rates:

$70 - 110v/30 amps or less (1 standard outlet with 2 plugs)
$85 - 110v/31-60 amps (2 standard outlet with 4 plugs)
$135 - 220v/1-60 amps
$210 - 220v/61-100 amps

To qualify for this type of vendor application, vendors are not serving as concessionaires, but are sampling pre-packaged food items such as beef jerky, salsas, barbecue sauces, seasonings, etc. No beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth. Vendors shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth per TABC regulations.

Festival Zone Vendors

To qualify for this type of vendor, vendors must have a business whose entrance is located inside the “fenced” festival zone. Festival Zone Vendors must be approved by the City of Lewisville. If you are not approved as a "festival zone" vendor, Event Staff can switch your vendor type, and approve it with adjusted vendor rates for your approved vendor type.
