Friday, Sept. 25, 2025: 4-11:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 26, 2025: Noon-11:30 p.m.

Admission to Lewisville Western Days is FREE prior to 6 p.m. both days. No ticket required before 6 p.m. Live music included with admission.

After 6 p.m., admission is $15 (all inclusive) for everyone except children 12 and younger, who are always free. You do not need to purchase tickets if you plan to arrive before 6 p.m.

Tickets will be available to purchase after Labor Day 2026.

Reminder, you do not need to purchase a ticket if you arrive before 6 p.m. After 6 p.m., to save time at the gates, buy your tickets online in the car or shuttle ride over.

RFID Payment System - Food, Bar, Festival Shirts

Western Days uses RFID-enabled wristbands for touchless purchases. No cards or cash will be accepted at bars or food trucks. Attendees will pay a $1 activation fee for each wristband and then add as much money as they want to use for purchases at bars and food trucks. Multiple recharge stations will be available throughout the festival grounds.

Your wristband or wristband chip from previous years can be reused. If there's $10 left on it, or 10 credits, that can be used this year. Just bring it to an RFID sales booth.

There will be no refunds for money placed in the RFID wristband. Each time a purchase is made, the cashier will tell you how much the balance is. All vendors have been trained on how to do this. We will have signage at the RFID purchase booths with average prices for food and drinks to help you determine how much money to load on your wristband.

RFID wristbands can be used to purchase Kid Kountry wristbands and Official Festival Merch Shirts.
