The Huffines Auto Dealerships Christmas Parade concludes the 2025 Old Town Holiday Stroll, taking place Friday, Dec. 5 & Saturday, Dec. 6.

New 2025 Parade Theme - 100 Years of Christmas Magic

All entries should highlight or depict Christmas themes/traditions from a specific era during the last 100 years (1950s, 1980s, etc.)

Old Town Business Association Prize Categories and Awards

1. Centennial Award ($1,000) - Best representation of a specific decade from 1925-2025 (decor and costumes)
2. Best Overall Magic ($1,000) - Most visually appealing and spirited entry from a specific decade
3. Best Business/Commercial Entry ($500)
4. Best Community Entry ($500) - Churches, non-profits, community groups

Old Town Business Association will be judging and awarding all prizes.

Parade Decoration Guidelines - NEW for 2025

• All vehicle/float entries must be decorated, as much as possible, to depict this year's parade theme of 100 Years of Christmas Magic
  
  
• Commercial vehicles can have their logo or business name on their parade entry, but must still comply with the new decoration guidelines in accordance with the parade theme of 100 Years of Christmas magic
  
  
• Vintage vehicles, public safety and military vehicles are exempt from the decoration guidelines, but decorations are still encouraged.  Use of headlights and flashing lights is permitted and encouraged.
  
  

• NO Santa or Mrs. Claus on any float! Santa and Mrs. Claus will ride in a float provided by the City of Lewisville to end the parade. Elves, reindeer, and other holiday characters ARE allowed, just not Santa or Mrs. Claus.
