Sun Valley Aquatic Center
10 a.m. - Noon

Join us for a fun-filled morning of duck races at Sun Valley Aquatic Center! Purchase your duck from Memorial Park Recreation Center, decorate it and bring it back to the center by the deadline. Ducks will be placed randomly into heats and they will race against each other along the lazy river. Ducks will advance to the final heat and the winner will be crowned the FASTEST DUCK. A lunch will be provided. Registration is required.

People are not the only ones who like to take a refreshing dip in the pool. Bring your darling doggie to Sun Valley Aquatic Center for a morning full of canine activities including, contests and prizes. Contests include: best trick, best costume, longest jump and fastest ball retrieval. This event is off-leash. Aggressive dogs will not be allowed entrance.

**Proof of current Rabies, DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus) and Bordatella vaccinations must be presented in person on the day of the event to gain admission. **



Family Pumpkin Fun Walk

Memorial Park Recreation Center
10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m

Join us for a fun morning at Memorial Park Recreation Center. The morning will consist of walking around our fabulous trail and a fun pumpkin decorating activity. Each family must provide at least one pumpkin to decorate. As you walk the trail there will be some fun activities to do, and then head back to the Recreation Center to decorate your family pumpkin and play games. We supply all the decorations for your pumpkin. This is a wonderful way for your family to walk, exercise and have fun together while expressing your creativity on your pumpkin. A snack lunch will be provided. Registration is required.

Join the City of Lewisville Parks & Recreation department at our annual Spooktacular Trails and Glow Run. Last year, hundreds of guests participated in the annual costume contest and the lucky winners went home with some amazing prizes! You can also walk through our haunted house or take a ride on our spooky hayride. Visit all of our sponsors/vendor along our trick-or-treat trail and get some candy. Test your luck on our carnival games, get your face painted, visit our concession stand or sign up to run in our 5K Glow Run or Monster Mile. We have a little something for everyone. Make sure to mark your calendar for this year’s Spooktacular event. It will be frightfully fun and better than ever. 


Motorcycle Toy Run

Join us for the 20th Annual Lewisville Motorcycle Toy Run. The event will benefit children of Denton County during the holidays. Rider will gather in front of Lewisville City Hall in Old Town Lewisville. The Toy Run will proceed on a bike procession throughout Lewisville that begins in Old Town and ends at Maverick Harley-Davidson. A new, unwrapped toy with a minimum value of $10 should be brought by each rider. All toys and monetary donations will go to local charities. Registration is required.
