The City of Lewisville’s Housing Rehabilitation Program (LHRP) assists low to moderate income homeowners with maintaining safe, decent, and affordable housing. The program rehabilitates single-family, owner-occupied homes by making required repairs to bring the home into compliance with current local codes as much as feasible. Applications will be accepted during a specified time frame. Applicants that are elderly, disabled, and of lowest income will be given priority. Link to General Eligibility Requirements

If you have any questions about the LHRP or to be added to a list to be notified when the program begins accepting applications, please contact Drew Christ, Administrative Analyst.
