Housing Rehabilitation Program

The City of Lewisville receives Community Development Block Grant funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development annually, and reserves a portion of these funds to provide financial assistance to Low-to-Moderate income households. Households are provided grant funds to make essential repairs to bring residential structures into compliance with the City's minimum housing standards.

If you have any questions about the City's programming, or to be added to a wait-list to be notified when the program begins accepting applications, please email or call Drew Christ, Administrative Analyst.
