Bring the family and ring in the holiday season at the Old Town Holiday Stroll this Saturday, Nov. 18, noon-9 p.m., in Old Town Lewisville. Admission and all activities are free.

Neighborhood Services is composed of multiple departments, including Code Enforcement, Emergency Management, Grants, and Sustainability. Neighborhood Services actively fosters partnerships with homeowners, businesses, and neighborhood liaisons to help build and preserve a high quality of life for all Lewisville residents. 

The Code Enforcement Department receives, investigates, tracks, and coordinates zoning and code violation complaints in the City of Lewisville. Our goal is to settle code compliance issues by educating and communicating clearly with the public to achieve voluntary compliance. 


Emergency Management

The Emergency Management Office coordinates municipal resources to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters that occur within in Lewisville and the surrounding areas.


The Grants department manages the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, as well as other municipal grant and rebate programs. Programs include the First Time Homebuyer Program, the Property Enhancement Program, and the Lewisville Housing Rehabilitation Program.

Neighbors Leading Neighbors

The purpose of the Neighbors Leading Neighbors (NLN) Program is to cultivate volunteer Neighborhood Leaders who engage, empower, and motivate residents to improve quality of life in their neighborhoods. NLN's primary goal is advancing the long-term vitality of the community, with a focus on achieving objectives outlined under Lewisville's 2025 Vision.
