The city produces four electronic newsletters to help residents, businesses and visitors keep up with the latest news, events and other information. This is the easiest, and often most timely, way to keep up with Lewisville.
Lewisville Horizon is a citywide newsletter the covers programs, policy changes and events impacting local residents and businesses. It is distributed approximately every two weeks.
Lewisville Convention and Visitors Bureau has a tourism-focused newsletter that is distributed every other month and includes information valuable to visitors (or residents looking for something to do) such as festivals and local attractions. You also can access tourism-related information at the Visit Lewisville website.
Medical City Lewisville Grand Theater distributes a monthly electronic newsletter with information about performances, exhibits and classes at the MCL Grand. You also can access information at the MCL Grand website.
LLELA Nature Preserve "The Leaflet" electronic newsletter contains information on programs and events that are organized and held at the LLELA Nature Preserve. The newsletter is distributed four times a year.
Lewisville Police Department Weekly Summary is a weekly electronic newsletter that highlights officers' activities and Department events. The summary also provides the previous week's crime-related statistics.
The city uses a third-party site to distribute the electronic newsletters; some email software identifies these messages as spam and blocks their delivery. To ensure that you receive the latest city news in your email inbox, you can add firstname.lastname@example.org (or the entire cityoflewisville.com domain) as an approved sender in your spam filter settings.
