Teen Talks is a monthly program presented by Lewisville/Flower Mound teen court that will include presentations, videos, and conversations with subject matter experts related to juveniles and the law. Subjects will vary each month.

In September, Lewisville PD Detective Liz Rollins will discuss Youth Empowerment: Recognizing Abuse and Protecting Yourself.

What is Sexual Assault and who to report to.

- "Did I just commit a felony?" Nudes and who sees them online.

- "My mom slapped me."

Corporal punishment vs Physical abuse.

All teens are welcome to attend. Attendees will receive two hours of community service credit.

Teen Court and Diversion participants will receive four hours of community service credit if they bring a parent or guardian.

Teens will receive six hours of community service credit if they bring two parents or guardians; or a parent/guardian and a sibling or friend that is not getting community service.
