Tai Chi Intermediate

The 24-form Yang Style Tai Chi is slightly more dynamic than the 16-form. All the movements from the 16-form are incorporated into the 24-form, with additional balancing on one leg. Once you’ve mastered the 16-form, transitioning to the 24-form will feel more natural.
