The 49-form Yang Style Tai Chi is slightly more dynamic than the 24-form. All the movements from the 16-form and 24 form are incorporated into the 49-form, with additional balancing on one leg. Once you’ve mastered the 16-form and 24-form transitioning to the 49-form will feel more natural.
