City offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday. All essential services will continue to operate.
The Gene Carey Animal Shelter and Adoption Center is waiving adoption fees through Saturday, Jan. 31, for all dogs over 20 pounds. The regular adoption fee is $90.
