Join Lowell Johnson, award-winning certified Tai Chi instructor for free, weekly, outdoor classes of Tai Chi Chauan Essential Form on Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in Wayne Ferguson Plaza. Classes will last one hour and will include the 22-movement form of Tai Chi which is one of slow, big movement and flowing form which can help relieve the physical effects of stress on the body and mind, promotes balance control, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

No special gear or uniform is required, but participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.
