Tai Chi-Yang Style

Yang Style is even, gentle and slow moving to provide increased balance, improved flexibility and stress reduction. No experience necessary and is suitable for those with limited range of motion. Please wear loose-fitting clothes and flat bottomed shoes.

Class times are:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays 9 AM

Fee: $12/month for 1 day a week

$24/month for 2 days a week
