The Lewisville Lake Symphony presents “Eroica”

The Lewisville Lake Symphony’s last concert of the season will feature two familiar selections from the symphonic repertoire. Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3 is often identified as “The Eroica Symphony – the heroic symphony.” Sibelius’ “Kuolema” is based on a drama of the same name meaning “death,” written by Sibelius’ brother-in-law Arvid Jarnefelt.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and $10 for students. Purchase tickets online at lewisvillesymphony.org.

Medical City Lewisville Grand Theater is the premier public arts facility in Southern Denton County. The 40,000-square-foot facility features a 296-seat proscenium theater, Black Box theater, dance recital hall, art gallery, five art classrooms and a large courtyard. Medical City Lewisville has a multi-year agreement with the city for naming rights at MCL Grand.

To reach MCL Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. MCL Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall.
