Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is a practice that is not limited to yoga students. Anyone and everyone can benefit from movement and holding of positions in the water! Conscious movement greatly improves our self-awareness, strength, balance, range of motion, and in finding mental and physical release and peace. Students often have an overall sense of improved well-being, even after one class. Students who can benefit range from those with MS, the pre-natal mother, teens looking for a place to focus their energy, and even intermediate students looking for a new challenge and to beat the heat!

Swimsuits are required. We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, and water.
