Age Groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-39, 40 & up
Age groups are determined by the swimmer's age as of June 1, 2011.

Any swimmer age 14 and under, registered with USS swimming for 2011 will be ineligible to participate
Swimmers must be able to easily swim one (1) length of the pool (25 yards) without stopping. This is not a swim lesson class. All swimmers must be registered by May 20 to be able to participate on the team.

Refunds: Swimmers withdrawing prior to May 20, 2011 at 5:00 PM will receive the following refunds:

Lewisville residents: $87.00
NON-residents: $96.00

T-shirts issued at are not returnable. Any swimmer withdrawing after the May 20th deadline will receive NO refund.

III. WORKOUT SCHEDULES
All workouts are held at the Sun Valley Pool
Monday-Fridays

8 yrs and under	9:00 am-10:00 am
9 & 10 years	8:00 am-9:00 am
11 & 12 years	7:00 am-8:00 am
13 & 14 years	6:00 am-7:30 am
15 and over	6:00 am-7:00 am
Adults	7:30 pm-9:30 pm

IV. SWIM MEETS
The “WAVE” will compete in four circuit meets and the regional meet. Meet dates are: June 11, June 18, June 25, July 9, and July 16-17. All meets will include two or three other City teams. The All-Region meet is the exception. At the All-Region meet held on July 16-17, we will compete with all teams in TAAF region IV. ALL team members are encouraged to swim in the All-Region meet. The State Swim Meet will be held in Waco, Texas on July 28-31. Swimmers who medal at the All-Region meet will qualify for the State Swim Meet.
Swim Season ends on July 31 for the swimmers qualifying for State – July 17th for those that do not.

V. REGISTRATION
All new swimmers must bring a copy of their birth certificate or driver’s license at the time of registration. All registration fees are due at the time of registration. PALS offices: 1197 W. Main Street (same building as the Library)

Swim suit sizing will held at the Herring Recreation Center on the following Saturdays April 9 and April 16 from 10AM to 1:00 pm. No suits will be sized during office hours and anyone missing the two Saturday sizing will have to make arrangements for sizing with the supplier, D & J Sports, 3060B Stemmons Freeway, Dallas.
