Voter Information

ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE:

• must be a Qualified Voter
• a resident of the territory covered by the election for the office or measure on which the person desires to vote
• satisfy all other requirements for voting prescribed by law for the particular election

QUALIFIED VOTERS:

• must be at least 18 years of age or older
• a U.S. citizen
• has not been determined mentally incompetent by a final judgement of a court
• has not been finally convicted of a felony or, if so convicted, has:
• been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disability to vote
• is a resident of this state
• is a registered voter

HOW TO REGISTER:

• applications for a voter registration card are available at the City Secretary's Office, Lewisville City Hall, 151 West Church Street and the Lewisville Library at 1197 West Main Street at Civic Circle.
