View My Account To access your account and view the items you have checked out, placed on hold, or any fines click here. You will then enter your User ID, which is your library card number (include all digits with no spaces) and your PIN. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Service Desk by phone at 972-219-3570 or email at PublicLibrary@cityoflewisville.com. If you are cancelling a hold, be aware that the change does not take effect immediately and the hold will still appear for a short period of time. Please do not cancel the hold again. This can create errors in your user account. |
