Please call the Utility Line Maintenance Division as soon as possible. Your assistance in the early detection of these leaks is greatly appreciated. If you are experiencing low water pressure there are a few things that you can check. First, if you have a water filtration system, check to see if the filters are clean. If you do not have a filtration system, check the faucet screens to be sure that they are not clogged. If the low pressure is only on the hot water, this may indicated a problem with the hot water heater. If the low pressure is only in certain areas of the house, this may indicate an internal problem. Otherwise, there may be a problem with the pressure from the City line. Please call and a crew will be dispatched. For calls regarding Water Billing please call 972-219-3440 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday to speak with a representative from Customer Service. | |
