Who do I call to report problems?
Call the Department's 24 hour line at (972) 219-3510. A dispatcher will take your call and arrange for appropriate action. You can call this number to report potholes, sidewalk problems, clogged storm drains, standing water, flooding, a sewer line stoppage, a traffic signal malfunction, or even a burned out street light. We handle calls like this all day, every day. As hard as we try, we can't be everywhere at once, and it can be difficult to know all of the problems that are occurring in the City. The citizens of Lewisville are our eyes and ears, and we depend on you to help us keep track of areas that need attention.
