The Community Needs Assessment Survey is now Available!
 
The Community Needs Assessment Survey will assist the City in assessing the need, importance, and accessibility of community services available to residents. Once completed, the Needs Assessment will help non-profit agencies, the City, and other service providers to prioritize spending and fill gaps in the social services network. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
 
The survey may be completed by either on-line or by printing the PDF document, filing out the survey, and faxing, emailing, or mailing the survey to James Gilleylen or Jamey Kirby.
