Pool Rental Information Lewisville Resident Registration - Beginning Tuesday, May 1, 2012, the Parks and Leisure Services Administration Office will begin taking private pool reservations for Lewisville Residents. Walk-in registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and reservations by phone will begin at 10 a.m. Proof of residency will be required for all reservations taken on May 1 and 2. Acceptable documents to prove Lewisville residency: 1) Current Texas Driver's Licence w/current Lewisville address or 2) City of Lewisville issued water bill or 3) Current apartment lease showing Lewisville address and the name of the party making the reservation. Open Registration - Beginning Thursday, May 3, 2012, the Parks and Leisure Services Administration Office will open up pool reservations to everyone. Walk-in reservations will begin at 8:00 a.m. and reservations by phone will begin at 10 a.m. On-Line Partybrella Reservations - Beginning Thursday, May 3 at 10 a.m. anyone may reserve a partybrella on-line. This will continue to be available throughout the summer. PARTYBRELLAS Have a party under one of our large umbrellas. Available during regular operating hours at both facilities in 90 minute increments. Reserve yours today!!! Sun Valley Partybrella - $100.00 (includes reservation and 20 park admissions)* $25.00 for additional time slots Old Town Partybrella - $60.00 (includes reservation and 20 park admissions)* $25.00 for additional time slots *additional admissions can be purchased at regular admission costs Partybrella Reservation Times

Available from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Includes all staffing costs. (700 person max.) Cost: $500.00 rent, plus $100.00 deposit Sun Valley Dates Remaining for 2012: June 10, July 8 Private Rentals at Old Town Aquatic Park Available from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
