The purpose of the Human Resources Department is to ensure the City is well served by a high performance workforce through equitable, effective, and pro-active Human Resources customer service.
The Human Resources Department is staffed by seven employees consisting of one Human Resources Director, one ADA Compliance Specialist, one Benefits & Compensation Coordinator, one Risk Manager, and three Personnel Technicians. The department provides services and support in the areas of recruitment and selection, benefits administration, risk management/safety, employee development, employee relations and policy administration and consultation.
