Take the Community Development Survey!The Housing & Community Development Consolidated Plan Survey will help the City evaluate and prioritize community needs. The Plan will set priorities for allocating Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the next five years.
Night Hike at LLELA Feb. 3Join Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area trail guides as they lead a moonlit stroll down the Redbud Trail on Friday, Feb. 3.  The hike will start at 6 p.m., and end by 8 p.m. Howling coyotes, hooting owls, and other nocturnal sounds will provide an out-of-the-ordinary hiking experience.

New competitive fishing circuit headed to Lewisville Lake in 2012Lewisville Lake has been selected as one of five stops in the inaugural season of the Texas Team Trail fishing tournament circuit, launching in 2012. Anglers will visit Lewisville for a one-day event on Saturday, June 9.
Texas Forest ServiceTexas is in the midst of one of the worst droughts in recorded state history, and it’s creating disastrous results for trees across the state. Some trees are dropping their leaves and branches, while others have leaves that are wilting and turning yellow or brown. Some have even died.
Water Conservation InformationThe City of Lewisville is currently in Stage 1;Voluntary Conservation Stage of the Water Conservation and Emergency Water Management Plan. Stage 1 will remain in effect until further notice. This stage does recommend that all outdoor watering be done only on the customer's regularly scheduled garbage collection days.
