If you are experiencing low water pressure there are a few things that you can check. First, if you have a water filtration system, check to see if the filters are clean. If you do not have a filtration system, check the faucet screens to be sure that they are not clogged. If the low pressure is only on the hot water, this may indicated a problem with the hot water heater. If the low pressure is only in certain areas of the house, this may indicate an internal problem. Otherwise, there may be a problem with the pressure from the City line. Please call the Public Works Department at 972-219-3510 and a crew will be dispatched
