Communities In Schools of North Texas is a drop out prevention agency which provides case management to students in Seven LISD schools, including Central Elementary, Delay Middle, Griffin Middle, Hedrick Elementary, Hedrick Middle, Lakeland Elementary, and Peters Colony Elementary. CISNT places social work or related profession full time on a campus to provide direct services to students and their families to ensure that barriers are eliminated and needed resources are obtained. CISNT links Community with schools via volunteers and services.

Camperships (financial aid) for developmentally and physically disabled Lewisville residents to attend Camp Summit. Camp Summit’s summer program consists of ten one-week sessions for campers with disabilities. All activities are designed for the participant and their capabilities. The agency serves campers ages six through eighty who are developmentally delayed, physically challenged or dual sensory (deaf & blind) impaired. Activities include, horseback riding, challenge ropes course, aquatics, nature, camp out, performing arts, arts and crafts, sports, fishing, and group dynamics.

ASAP provides substance abuse treatment to adolescents through an integrated treatment approach including intensive outpatient, supportive outpatient, and peer support components. The programs at DCFOF strive to provide crisis intervention, safety, and support services to those who have been impacted by domestic violence or sexual assault and to contribute to community awareness, education, and prevention of problems related to these issues.
