Poster Contest: Each year the Lewisville Emergency Management Division hosts a poster contest during Severe Weather Awareness Week at each school within the City limits. The rules are simple...create a poster showing how you and your family are prepare for severe weather. Severe Weather Awareness Week is usually the last week of February or the first week of March. Look for the flyer in your school! The prize is a NOAA All-Hazard Radio and the awards are presented at the City Council meeting.
