  • No Accrual - Days Taken As Required To Attend

    Uses:
  • To Serve on Jury/Grand Jury As Required By Law

    Notification:
  • Immediately Notify Your Supervisor
  • Present Documentation Upon Returning to Work

    Witness Duty Leave

    Eligibility:
  • Employees Required to Appear on Behalf of the City of Lewisville

    Hours/Days Per Year:
  • As Required As A Part of Job

    Use:
  • To Testify on Behalf of the City of Lewisville

    Notification:
  • Provide Documentation to Supervisor
