HEDRICK HOUSE Lewisville Residents ONLY Available One Year in Advance Hours: 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. (Friday & Saturday 9 a.m. - midnight) Capacity: 130 Deposit fee: $300, deposits are returned if everything is cleaned up and left undamaged. Deposit fee due date: $100 must be paid within two weeks of making the reservation, the remaining $200 is due 30 days prior to the event Rental fee: (due at least 30 days prior to the event) 1. Four hour minimum - $200/first 4 hours 2. Hours 5-8 add an additional $100/per hour 3. 9+ hours add an additional $150 If you reserve the facility for 4 hours, you will pay $500 up front ($300 deposit + $200 rent) If you reserve the facility for 6 hours, you will pay $700 up front ($300 deposit + $400 rent) If you reserve the facility for 10 hours, you will pay $1050 up front ($300 deposit + $750 rent) Booking information: Reservations can be made by calling the Parks & Leisure Services Office at 972-219-3550 or in person at the PALS Office.
