Paddlers of all skill levels are invited to join LLELA’s certified kayaking instructors as we explore the Beaver Pond Paddling Trail. No prior kayaking experience is necessary. After basic kayaking and safety instruction, we’ll travel together about one mile through shady willow thickets, open water, and floating rafts of water lilies and other aquatic vegetation. The activity is limited to 10 paddlers, ages 7 years and up. Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs are provided. The fee is $7 per paddler, in addition to LLELA’s regular admission fee of $5/person.

Registration is required at 972.219.3930 or lisacole@unt.edu.
