Be a part of the festival – be a volunteer

The success of Western Days is largely dependent on the folks working behind the scenes to ensure a positive festival experience for everyone who attends.  The Western Days volunteer force is excellent.

Volunteers are needed to fill a variety of roles at the event, ranging from logistics and set up, to working the festival gates and even assisting with festival attractions such as the World Tamale Eating Championship.

Volunteers will receive a free T-shirt from the event, as well as complimentary tickets to the festival for both days.  There are a number of shifts and tasks available to work with any schedule, as well as match up with just about any skill set.

Click here to sign up for a volunteer shift.

For more information or questions on volunteering, contact Jamie Milstead at jmilstead@cityoflewisville.com.
